
On Sunday, comedians Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia gave birth to a child. Father Hersh posted a picture of their maternity photoshoot on his Instagram handle while announcing the birth of their first child. “It’s a boy,” he wrote, sharing the photo. The Shakti couple’s friends, family and fans have congratulated and commented. The first picture of the baby has not been released yet.

For the past few days, a video of Bharati has been circulating on the internet just a day before her birth, in which she is seen hugging Harsh and saying, “Kab hoega bachcha?”. A paparazzi account shared his video and captioned it, “Salute #Bhartisingh because he has been working till yesterday. Like #Shahrukhkhan once said ‘your work is your religion’.”
The pregnant Bharati was shooting for her show ‘The Khatra Khatra Show’ with her husband Harsh Limbachia throughout her pregnancy. Many fans went on social media and praised Bharati’s dedication to the work and called her an inspiration. One netizen wrote, “#Bhartisingh has set a new bar to work through a difficult #pregnancy. His perseverance is really an inspiration! Thank you and congratulations. ”

There are many things to look out for, from carrying extra snacks to drinking regular water. Some work situations can put you at a higher risk of complications during pregnancy. So, here are some important do’s and don’ts for working pregnant women:

- Take your healthy food and tiffin home
- Keep your body hydrated (water, buttermilk, coconut water, etc.)
- Eat in between work
- Take time to rest while working
- Include nuts, seeds, seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet
- Rest your eyes
- Wear comfortable clothes for work
- Take the leaves if you feel sick
- Be aware of your maternity rights

Don’t:
- Don’t buy unhealthy food (samosa, kachori etc.) from outside
- Avoid cold drinks
- Don’t eat too much salt
- Avoid running or working too hard
- Do not stay hungry for long
- Restricted to lifting heavy objects or climbing too much
- Avoid stress
- Don’t eat too many sweet foods
- Never skip breakfast
Maintain a balanced diet and do your work comfortably. By taking care of the issues listed above, you will be able to balance your work and pregnancy.
