About a week ago, a woman from Bangalore collapsed while working out in the gym in the morning. He was immediately accompanied by gym staff and other people but died on the way to the hospital. The case has received a lot of attention because most people rejoined the gym as soon as it opened two years later. Initially, it was thought that a heart attack was the cause of a woman’s death during a workout. No one guessed that there could be any other reason associated with lifting heavy weights. The autopsy report of the dead woman finally revealed the real cause which is cerebral hemorrhage. The 35-year-old woman was exercising in the gym around 8am when she suddenly collapsed. People in the area came to his rescue and called an ambulance, but doctors declared him ‘dead’. DCP Dr Bhimashankar Guleda spoke of the unfortunate incident and advised people to be very careful while working out in the gym and especially when lifting heavy weights.

“Heavy weight lifting cannot cause direct cerebral hemorrhage unless you have a brain aneurysm. This is a condition in which there is some space in your brain and the intracranial pressure increases over time which increases the chances of bleeding. You don’t know about aneurysms because it’s a silent killer that causes some blood vessels to swell and eventually rupture due to brain stimulation. “

  • However, chronic stress and high blood pressure (hypertension) increase the risk of bleeding in the brain.

  • Midline shifts occur when brain tissues are displaced and increased intracranial pressure or intracranial hematoma.
  • Cerebral hemorrhage can range from mild to severe. In severe cases, the prognosis is not good or, let’s say, the survival rate is very bad.
  • Survivors of cerebral hemorrhage are more likely to have lifelong neurological problems.

The symptoms of yeast infection in men are divided into two stages, early stage and then late stage. The severity of the infection can be prevented if the symptoms are noticed at an early stage. Here are some signs you should know-

Early symptoms include:

  • Red rash on the penis
  • Shiny spots on the tip of the penis
  • The skin of the penis looks moist
  • Dense white substance is found on the skin of the foreskin or folds of the penis

If these symptoms are ignored, the person may have a more severe form of penile yeast infection, such as-

  • Redness on the skin of the penis
  • Itching or irritation
  • Burning or feeling in the penis

These can also be symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases. So in any case, do not ignore these symptoms and consult a urologist as soon as possible.

  • Exercise regularly. Each workout of at least 150 minutes is generally recommended.
  • Stress has led to a number of health problems. Its management is also very important for diabetes. So, meditate, do yoga, engage in recreational activities, or choose a healthy alternative that helps control stress.
  • Adequate sleep is also important for a healthy body and a healthy mind. So get the necessary 7-8 hours of sleep every day.
