Symptoms of zinc deficiency
If you have zinc deficiency in your body, it can act as a symptom of the following symptoms or condition deficiency-
- Anorexia nervosa
- Open sores on the skin
- No recovery for late recovery or wounds
- Sudden or unexplained weight loss
- Problems concentrating
- Decreased sense of smell and taste
- Diarrhea
Zinc deficiency causes risk factors
In most cases, zinc depletion occurs in women during pregnancy and can even lead to zinc deficiency. It is rare for a person to have severe zinc loss and so it is important that you take care of it while you are pregnant.
